By accessing the Tash Real Estate website, engaging with our services, or communicating through any medium (including WhatsApp, email, in-person, or telephone), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not accept these terms, you should not use our services or website.

Tash Real Estate operates as a real estate brokerage, marketing, and consultancy firm. We connect buyers, investors, and renters with property opportunities across India and the UAE, and facilitate transactions in coordination with developers, landlords, and third-party service providers.

All property listings, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice and are dependent on developer inputs and market conditions.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal or financial information as required
• Not engage in any fraudulent or misleading activity
• Not duplicate, share, or misuse content, media, or intellectual property owned by Tash Real Estate
• Abide by applicable local, state, and national real estate laws

4. Property Listings & Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, all property listings and marketing content are offered on an “as-is” basis. Tash Real Estate is not liable for:

• Developer delays, changes in specifications, or project cancellations
• Errors or omissions in third-party data or documents
• Investment outcomes, pricing fluctuations, or market risks

All final verifications must be conducted directly with developers or authorities before making financial commitments.

5. Fees & Payments

Any fees charged for consulting, booking, brokerage, or administrative services will be disclosed in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

Tash Real Estate does not accept responsibility for payments made directly to third parties (e.g., developers, landlords, escrow agents).

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, brand assets, watermarks, logos, images, and marketing creatives published by Tash Real Estate remain the sole property of the company and may not be copied, reused, or distributed without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tash Real Estate will not be held liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses (financial, legal, or reputational) arising from your use of our services
• Third-party platform failures, data breaches, or delays
• Any decision made solely based on our marketing or advisory content

Use of services is entirely at the user’s own risk.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful behavior.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Panchkula, Haryana.
